WHITENING YOUR TEETH
PRIOR TO TREATMENT
Brush and floss just prior to bleaching your teeth. The whitening gel is most effective with clean teeth.
1. MOULDING YOUR MOUTH TRAYS
BOIL HOT WATER. Hold mouth trays by their tag and soak in the boiled water for 20 seconds. Bite down on mouth trays and let set until firm.
Place in cold water for 3 minutes to finalize design. Cut away the handles.
2. APPLYING THE GEL
Make sure mouth trays are dry before applying the whitening gel.
When you apply the gel make sure not to overfill the trays.
Place a SMALL drop of tooth whitening gel half way up on the inner front surface of tray.
(in the front of each tooth in the tray)
3. INSERT THE BLEACHING TRAYS
Insert upper and lower whitening trays. Seat the tray firmly against the teeth.
Wipe excess gel off the gums with your finger or tissue.
4. PLACE LED LIGHT
To activate the LED light, remove the clear sheet of plastic located between the batteries.
Turn the LED light on and place under your lip.
The LED light will turn off automatically after 10minutes.
5. WEARING TIME
We recommend using for 30 minutes to an 1 hour depending on your sensitivity level.
6. AFTER WHITENING
Remove the mouth trays and rinse whitening gel off your teeth, using warm water.
Brush, floss and continue routine dental cleaning.
Use a sensitive toothpaste if teeth become too sensitive.
Clean your mouth trays to ensure they’re clean for your next treatment.
We recommend repeating whitening procedure everynight for 7 -10 consecutive nights.
To maintain your new smile, use once every 2 weeks.
